<p class="MsoNormal">Pershing Square Tontine Holdings said that though it had multiple discussions with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to address the regulator’s concerns, its board concluded that it was in the best interest to assign the Universal Music stock purchase agreement to Pershing Square.</p>
