Chimpe 1 Investment SPV RSC, a subsidiary of UAE's Chimera Investments, obtained the approval of the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority for its mandatory tender offer to acquire 51 to 90% of investment bank Beltone Financial Holding, according to a disclosure by the regulatory body.
