Dubai has seen the launch of xCube company that aims to organize and facilitate the activities of market maker companies in the emirate's stock market, said Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, deputy ruler of Dubai, deputy prime minister and minister of finance, according to a statement by the emirate's media office Wednesday.
