Qatari investment company Estithmar Holding has launched a $933.8 million (QR 3.4 billion) Shari’a-compliant trust certificate program for trust certificates to be issued by Estithmar Sukuk Limited LLC, a special purpose company (SPC) incorporated in the Qatar Financial Center.
