<p class="MsoNormal">Shares of One97 Communications Ltd, the parent company of Indian fintech firm Paytm, plunged by as much as 26% on its market debut Thursday, compared with its initial public offer (IPO) price of $28.9 (Rs.2,150) on valuation concerns.</p>
