Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) shares soared 19.4% on debut trading on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) Thursday, after the taxi operator offered nearly 25% of its stake in an initial public offering (IPO), bringing its market capitalization to $1.49 billion (AED 5.5 billion).
