Iran ruled out extending a 60-day deadline for a peace deal with the US on Monday, with a senior Iranian official saying that Tehran was shifting from a defensive to a fully offensive policy stance, sending oil prices above $90 a barrel and pushing 30-year Treasury yields to their highest level since June 2007.
