<p class="MsoNormal">Tamam Financing Company, a subsidiary of Kuwait’s telecom operator Zain Group, has been granted the first license by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to provide micro-financing services across Saudi Arabia via a mobile app, according to a statement by the Zain Group. </p>
