<p class="MsoNormal">CoinMENA, a Sharia-compliant digital asset exchange licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain, has received a provisional virtual assets license from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) to allow it to continue operating in Dubai while it completes the in-depth process of applying for a license, as required by VARA, said a statement on Thursday. </p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
