The profits of Kuwait's top four banks—National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), Kuwait Finance House (KFH), Gulf Bank, and the Commercial Bank of Kuwait, and Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait —declined by 41% in 2020 to KD423.75 million ($1.4 billion), as compared to KD716.38 million ($2.4 billion) in 2019.
