António Horta-Osório, the former CEO of Lloyds Banking Group, was elected chairman of the Board of Directors of Credit Suisse Group on Friday. His election at the company's annual general meeting came after the Zurich-based banking titan suffered significant losses linked to bankruptcies at US hedge fund Archegos Capital Management and British financial firm Greensill.
