<p class="MsoNormal">In another trouble for crisis-hit Lebanon, the country’s central bank has refused to provide money for importing subsidized medical goods. The apex bank said Thursday that it is not going to dip into its mandatory reserves to cover the $1.3 billion expense of the subsidized medical supplies. </p>
