<p class="MsoNormal">The International Monetary Fund (IMF) announced on Monday that it is working “very intensively” with Sudan to frame the necessary preconditions so that the heavily indebted country can get debt relief under the Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) initiative.</p>
