<p class="MsoNormal">The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on Thursday said that it has made a record investment of $13.36 billion across emerging economies to combat the economic implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. The investment was made across 38 countries through 411 projects. </p>
