Zahra is built on an area of approximately 890 acres, comprising a total of 6 distinctive zones, and boasts a 650-meter waterfront, with a built-up area of around 17%. The company is currently building Skyline in Cairo at a cost of $550 million, which when complete aims to be the world’s largest residential building with 13,500 apartments spread across 200,000 square meters.
