P.N.C. Menon

P.N.C. Menon’s founded real estate firm Sobha Realty in 1976 as an interior decorating business in Oman. It has since expanded into the U.A.E., Bahrain, Brunei, and India. In 1995, Menon started Sobha Developers in Bangalore. The India division is now run by Menon’s son, while he runs the Middle East operations. Some major projects include Al Fattan Crystal Towers in Dubai, the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Oman, and Qasr-Al Sarab Desert Resort in Abu Dhabi. In 2019, the company unveiled its $4 billion Sobha Hartland project in Dubai’s Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
