Alain Bejjani

Bejjani joined Majid Al Futtaim in 2006 and is now overseeing its operation across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He also serves as an executive director on the board of the Majid Al Futtaim Holding and as a co-chair of the World Economic Forum MENA. Though the group’s revenues fell by 7% over 2020, Majid Al Futtaim’s retail arm saw a 188% increase in its online sales. Last year, the company achieved around $16 billion in total assets. The group also opened five physical Carrefour stores, and three new fulfilment centres.
