Dhamecha founded Empire Aviation Group in 2007. It has a fleet of more than 20 jets and provides private jet charter, aircraft management and sales, flight operations, and VIP ground transportation, among other services. In December 2022, the group signed an agreement with the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub at Dubai South to develop a new, multi-purpose business aviation facility on a plot adjacent to the VIP Terminal. Dhamecha is a Young Presidents' Organization member.
