Jubara joined GHI in 2011 and assumed her current position in 2022. GHI was established as a joint venture between Global Capital Management and the Varkey Group. In 2023, it launched a community health outreach program aimed at improving access to healthcare services for low-income expat families in Kuwait. Jubara was previously the director of the Alia International Hospital.
