Mamlouk assumed his current role in 2003, having joined ATC as commercial director in 1989. The company is engaged in constructing, managing, and owning hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and specialized labs alongside other activities. It is 45.69% owned directly and indirectly by KIPCO. In February 2024, ATC provided 79 ambulances to the Ministry of Health in Kuwait, in partnership with Demers Ambulances. In the first half of 2024, the company generated $285 million in revenues and had total assets of over $1 billion.
