Dhaini joined Oracle Cerner in 2011 where he was responsible for client relations mainly in the U.A.E. and Kuwait. In 2022, he led different projects which awarded the company the Best in KLAS Acute Care EMR in the Middle East and Africa for the fifth consecutive year. In December 2022, Oracle Cerner expanded into Kuwait’s private sector by collaborating with The Champion Hospital and becoming its vendor of choice to provide health information system. In the same year, Hamad Medical Corporation expanded its agreement with Oracle Cerner to upgrade and transition its Clinical Information System (CIS) onto an Oracle Cerner Managed Technology Service, the first of its kind in the region.
