Bejjani became CEO of Majid Al Futtaim in 2015. Today, the company serves 560 million customers per year. After recording a net loss of $737.5 million in 2020, Majid Al Futtaim recorded profits of $670 million in 2021. In May 2022, it signed a strategic partnership with Binance that will enable the company to harness Web3 technologies. Bejjani was appointed co-chair of the World Economic Forum Stewardship Board/Regional Action Group for MENA in 2020.
