Established in 1983, Memaar Al Morshedy employs 3,000 people, has 70,000 clients, and had built 1,195 buildings, 25 malls, and delivers about 3,500 units per year. In 2024, the group rebranded to “Morshedy Group” to reflect its diversification into other sectors, including healthcare and education. The group founded 17 nurseries, 11 schools, seven medical clinics, and two hospitals, along with Al Hayah University in Cairo which comprises diverse departments. In 2023, the group completed phase two of its mega project, Zahra, in Egypt and launched a new $60 million residential project in Athens, Greece.
