The group has four main businesses—Mohamed Yousuf Naghi & Brothers Group, Cigalah Group, Arabian Food Supplies, and United Yousef M.Naghi Co.—which are managed by the four sons of the founder: Mohamed, Yaser, Saleh, and Ammar.
