The organization operates in real estate, construction, finance, banking, hospitality, travel, tourism, industrial productions, media and communication, and consultancies for urban planning and civil engineering. the Group owns Hotel properties including Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Al Thuraya City, Holiday Inn Salmiya, and Intercontinental Farwaniya in Kuwait and banks. In November 2022, the Group announced it will manage a luxury hotel in Kuwait, projected to open in 2028. Mandarin Oriental, Kuwait will be the anchor of an iconic 80-storey tower.
