Al Qahtani Holding was established in Saudi Arabia in 1948 by the late Sheikh Abdulhadi Abdullah Al Qahtani. The group has since diversified into various sectors, including beverage production and distribution, manufacturing, oil and gas, mining, and real estate. Al Qahtani Holding's portfolio of brands includes joint ventures with CemServ, Central Mining Holding, PepsiCo Jordan, and Al Qahtani Beverages. In December 2022, Maersk signed an agreement with Al Qahtani Holdings’ Refad Real Estate to operate a new cold storage facility at King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam.
