WJ Towell was first founded by William Jack Towell in Oman to sell U.S.-produced Kerosene and shipping materials. In 1914, Mohamed Fadhil acquired the full rights of the company. With a portfolio of 29 companies and international operations in the U.A.E., Kuwait, and India, the group works in several sectors, including engineering, construction, property, services and trade, consumer products, and automotive. The company has a number of joint ventures with global brands, including Nestle and Unilever.
