The group partnered with SALIC and other investors to establish a large-scale agricultural business in Sudan. Its joint venture subsidiary Al Safi Danone supplies fresh dairy products to more than 32,000 retailers in 12 countries across the Middle East, with 50,000 cows producing more than a million liters of fresh milk every day. Al Faisaliah Medical Systems has been the exclusive distributor of Philips Health Care products since 2013. The Modern Electronics Company operates 20 electronics retail stores across Saudi Arabia under the Sony World brand.
