There is also a feedback mechanism so patients can rate the doctors and give feedback on the service. The company has more than 2,400 registered doctors and more than 500,000 users, operating from Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey. They have conducted over 285,000 telemedicine consultations to date.
