Salwa Idrissi Akhannouch

Akhannouch founded the AKSAL Group in 2004. The group, which has 1,130 employees, is the sole franchisee for 45 leading brands in Morocco, including Fendi, Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Zara, Banana Republic, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear and Gap. In 2008, Akhannouch launched the Morocco Mall, which officially opened three years later.In 2011, Akhannouch created a Training Academy for careers in retail, the AKSAL Academy. She launched her cosmetics brand Yan&One in 2017 and established the AKSAL SOCIAL INITIATIVE to support social, cultural, educational, and health projects.
