Selim assumed his current position in 2022. SEDCO’s retail portfolio includes the Red Sea Mall, Tahlia Retail Plaza, and The Point Abha, while its hospitality division includes Hotel Galleria Jeddah, Elaf Kinda, and Elaf Bakkah. It also has residential compounds and apartment blocks in cities across Saudi Arabia. In 2024, SEDCO recorded a 15% increase in recurring income. Selim was previously the CIO of the AWJ Holding Company. He is also a board director of Red Sea Markets, Al Mahmal Development, and serves on the board of SEDCO Capital REIT.
