MIP’s portfolio spans residential, coastal, administrative, commercial, and hospitality developments throughout Egypt, supported by a land bank of 7.1 million square meters. Notable projects include Garden 8, Cairo Business Park, Vinci, IL BOSCO, IL BOSCO City, and Kai Sokhna. As of January 2025, MIP had delivered 3,222 units, with 5,563 units under construction. In July 2024, MIP entered into a $26 million agreement with Redcon Construction for contracting and construction work at Solaré Ras El Hekma. It has also partnered with RiseUp to launch a PropTech Innovation Hub and one of the first proptech accelerators in Egypt and the Middle East.
