Alkadi has been the CEO of ARDCO since 2021. As of February 2025, ARDCO has over seven million square meters of completed infrastructure and superstructure lands, with three million square meters under development. In 2024, it had $775.9 million in assets and made $85.7 million in revenues. Alkadi previously held roles at Saudi’s Public Investment Fund, SEDCO Capital, and Jadwa Investment.
