Naaman cofounded Ellington Properties in 2014. Its residential communities include Ellington Cove on Dubai Islands, Costa Mare, and Belgravia Gardens. In 2024, it launched and sold out 14 new projects. In January 2025, Ellington Properties delivered Berkeley Place in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. In February 2025, Ellington Properties and RAK Properties appointed Nantong Construction Group Co., as the main contractor for Porto Playa, an approximately $84.4 million waterfront development on Hayat Island. Naaman was previously director of sales at DAMAC Properties.
