O’Regan assumed his current role in January 2024. Modon Holding was established in March 2024, following Q Holding’s acquisition of the ADNEC Group and Modon Properties. Its operations encompass real estate, hospitality, asset management, investments, events, and tourism. Its U.A.E. portfolio includes Reem Hills, Nawayef Park Views, and Maysan. In December 2024, Modon signed an MoU with EMSTEEL Group to become the first developer in the U.A.E. to use low-carbon steel. In 2024, it generated $1.8 billion in revenues and launched five new real estate projects on Hudayriyat Island and Reem Island, generating $3.5 billion in sales. O’Regan was previously the CEO of Modon Properties.
