Seven Tides focuses on luxury hospitality and residential real estate, with a portfolio based in the U.A.E. and the U.K. Its projects include DUKES London, which it acquired in 2006, Oceana Residences, DUKES The Palm, Ibn Battuta Gate, Golf Views Seven City, Seven Palm and Anantara Residences. In October 2024, the company formed a franchise partnership with The McGettigan Group and City 12 Hospitality to open a new McGettigan’s at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai. The Anantara World Islands Dubai Resort is one of Seven Tides’ most recent builds, launched in 2021.
