Billionaire Yasseen Mansour owned 8.08% of the company as of January 2024. PHD has a land bank of 29 million square meters, with more than 34 projects across Egypt. By the end of March 2023, PHD had delivered more than 14,000 units. It is 41.19% owned by Al Mansour and Al Maghrabi for Investments and Development, with Arab African International Bank owning 12.98%. In February 2023, it concluded a $20.6 million securitized bond in cooperation with EFG Hermes. PHD had a market cap of $266.2 million as of November 15, 2023. In the first six months of 2023, it recorded revenues of $223.7 million and total assets of $1.8 billion. Mansour is also a board member of the Mansour Group and has a net worth of $1.2 billion as of March 2024.
