The company’s total projects are valued at over $4 billion, including 14 completed projects and 7 under construction. In 2022, the company launched a new innovative luxury and wellbeing concept, Keturah, and debuted with the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside and Keturah Reserve, a residential development that aims to immerse residents in nature through bio-living. Sales at Keturah reached $1.45 billion in 2023.
