Al Dhiyebi has been the Group CEO of Aldar Properties since January 2021. Aldar is the master developer of multiple communities across Abu Dhabi, with a total land bank of 69 million square meters. In the first nine months of 2023, Aldar recorded total assets of $19.3 billion and revenues of $2.7 billion, up 21% compared to the same period in 2022. It had a market cap of $12.1 billion as of 14 November 2023. It completed 13 acquisitions in 2022, worth around $3.1 billion. Aldar Hospitality and Leisure manages 13 hotels, as well as golf courses, beach clubs, and marinas. Aldar Projects manages the development business, Aldar Ventures acts as an incubator for new business opportunities, and Aldar Egypt develops mixed-use communities. Al Dhiyebi is also the chairman of Aldar Estates and Egypt’s SODIC and is a board member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, among others.
