Its hospitality portfolio includes the 620-room Swissôtel Al Ghurair Hotel and Living development, the 168-Star Metro Deira Hotel Apartments, and the 173-room Ramada by Wyndham Deira Hotel. The company’s Eqarcom App offers property management services. The Al Ghurair Centre, established in 1981, was among the first malls in the region.
