Established in 2002, the Ayla Oasis Development Company operates hotels, beaches, restaurants, bars, and residential units, including Azure Beach Apartments, Golf Residences, the Island Apartments, Ayla’s Golf Club, and the Marina Village. In February 2022, Ayla announced an agreement with Kerten Hospitality to manage The Pulse, a 75-room Cloud 7 Boutique Hotel. In September 2022, the company partnered with Qatar Tourism to launch the B12 Beach Club in Qatar. Sahl Dudin began his career as an engineering supervisor for the Public Security Department in 1986. He is also a board member of the Jordan Strategy Forum.
