Al Sheibani was appointed CEO of Al Mouj Muscat in May 2017. Founded in 2006, Al Mouj Muscat is an integrated tourism complex joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim, OMRAN Group, and Tanmia. It attracts over 4.9 million visitors annually and comprises 8,000 residents, 400 yachting berths, 120 retail units, a golf course, and a school and nursery. Al Mouj Muscat also operates the Kempinski Hotel Muscat and Mysk by Shaza, comprising 582 rooms. Other hotels in progress are the 440-room St. Regis Resort and the 251-room Al Mouj Rayhaan by Rotana. In 2023, the company launched the residential project, Jinan Island, and the business destination, Al Mouj Business Park.
