Established in 2016, NHC became a state-owned company in 2020. The company has since constructed 100,000 housing units in partnership with over 110 real estate developers, covering 117 million square meters. NHC provides real estate solutions to more than 6.6 million customers through eight platforms, including registering over 5.2 million contracts on the “Ejar” platform, serving approximately 3.3 million customers on the “Sakani” platform, and collaborating with over 9,000 associations through the “Mullak” platform. Mohammad Albuty has been CEO at NHC since 2017.
