El Dahan joined City Edge Developments as CEO in October 2021. City Edge Developments was launched in 2017 as a cooperation between the New Urban Communities Authority of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities and the Housing & Development Bank. The company develops residential projects, commercial malls, hotels, restaurants, and administrative offices. It has projects in destinations, including New Alamein, New Mansoura, New Aswan, New Cairo, New Administrative Capital, Sheikh Zayed, and Maspero. It has launched 10 projects across Egypt since its inception and has 32,216 units underway. El Dahan was previously the managing director at Emaar Misr. He is also a board member at ADIB Egypt.
