AlGahtani has been leading Rikaz Properties since its establishment in 1997, Rikaz Properties has residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Saudi Arabia, including Downtown Rikaz, Basateen Al Doha, Eshbiliyah, Holiday Inn King Fahd Road, and Al-Mosa Industrial. In September 2023, Rikaz Properties and the AlRosan Company announced the completion of the ownership process of the logistics land scheme in Riyadh, The Node, for $212.8 million, and the launch of a real estate fund with Alinma Investment and Alinma Bank, with a total value of $293.3 million. AlGahtani is also the chairman of the HAKA Group and Adeem Capital.
