JODC is the owner, master developer, and manager of the Jabal Omar project, a mixed-use development located near the Grand Mosque in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The project comprises 40 towers, with a total built-up area of two million square meters. JODC has six hotels and over 47,000 square meters of gross leasable area in its commercial portfolio. JODC recorded total assets of $7.4 billion and revenues of $268.3 million in the first nine months of 2023. It had a market cap of $6 billion as of November 14, 2023. Al Amoudi was appointed CEO in November 2019. He previously spent more than 20 years in financial services.
