Kurien became the group CEO of Al Hamra in 2018. Founded in 2003, Al Hamra focuses on residential, retail, hospitality, and leisure projects. Its portfolio includes Al Hamra Village, Al Hamra Golf Club, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra International Exhibition & Convention Center, Muse Social House, the Royal Yacht Club of Ras Al Khaimah, and Manar Mall. In 2022, Al Hamra collaborated with Deutsche Hospitality to bring the Steigenberger Residences and MAXX brands to Ras Al Khaimah. The company has a five-year roadmap valued at $272.3 million to be completed in 2027.
