Alison Rehill-Erguven was appointed to her current position in 2022. In December 2022, the Fawaz Alhokair Group, Arabian Centres, and Fawaz Alhokair Fashion Retail Co. brought together all operating companies under the Cenomi brand, with Arabian Centres now trading as Cenomi Centers. The company owns and operates 21 shopping malls and commercial centers across Saudi Arabia, including the Mall of Arabia, Mall of Dhahran, and Al Nakheel Mall. In November 2022, the company signed an agreement with Adeer Real Estate for the sale of its non-core assets, with a total value of $533.3 million. The company recorded total assets of $7.2 billion and revenues of $455.9 million in the first nine months of 2023 and had a market cap of $2.6 billion as of November 14, 2023. Before joining Cenomi Centers, Rehill-Erguven was the CEO of Pradera Retail Asia.
