Sabbour has been chairman and managing director for Al Ahly Sabbour Developments since its founding in 1994. Its portfolio includes KEEVA, Katameya Hills, Arkadia Mall, Amwaj, and Green Square. In 2022, it announced a new partnership with The MarQ Communities to develop a million square meters of the City of Odyssia. It also cooperated with El Hazek Construction to develop phase one of KEEVA, with a total built-up area of 125,000 square meters. In October 2023, it signed a sale and leaseback agreement with Beltone Leasing & Factoring worth $38.8 million.
