Arada was founded in 2017. As of June 2023, the developer had sold more than 13,000 units valued at a total of $3.6 billion and completed 7,400 homes, with another 4,000 under construction. Among its projects is Aljada, a 2.2 million square meter development and Sharjah’s largest mixed-use project featuring 25,000 homes. In February 2023, Arada closed a $50 million second tap of its existing $450 million sukuk, which was listed on the London Stock Exchange in June 2022. In October 2023, Arada awarded two contracts valued at $190.6 million to build its first project in Dubai, Jouri Hills.
